LEADER CALIBRATION INTENSIVE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement of Participation

By purchasing the Leader Calibration Intensive, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Nature of the Offering

The Leader Calibration Intensive includes:

Intake form and diagnostic analysis

Five (5) days of pre-session energetic preparation and calibration work

One private 90–120 minute 1:1 Zoom session

One (1) day of post-session integration support via Telegram (scheduled the week following the session)

This container is designed for leadership, business, and personal recalibration at a deep operational level.

This work may involve identifying unconscious patterns, examining decision-making, and addressing areas where your leadership, business, or life may feel unclear, heavy, or inconsistent.

This work includes an energetic component, where patterns, imprints, or distortions are addressed at a non-physical level as part of the overall calibration process.

These services are for personal and professional development purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. Nature of the Work

This is a focused diagnostic and recalibration process.

This is not:

traditional coaching

step-by-step business strategy

ongoing mentorship

This work is designed to:

identify underlying patterns

bring clarity to how you are operating consciously and unconsciously

recalibrate what is not supporting your current level of leadership or growth

I understand that this work initiates a recalibration process, and that full integration may extend beyond the scope of this container.

4. Client Responsibility

By participating in this work, you agree to:

take full responsibility for your participation

engage honestly and openly

apply what becomes clear through the session

Results are not guaranteed and are dependent on your willingness to take responsibility and act on what is revealed.

5. Scheduling & Expiry

Your experience including prework and Zoom session must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing

Sessions are not held, banked, or transferred without prior agreement

Failure to schedule within this timeframe may result in forfeiture

All sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

A limited number of client slots are available to ensure the level of preparation required for this work.

6. Pre-Session Energy Work

I understand that five (5) days of energetic preparation and calibration work will take place prior to the scheduled session.

This work is conducted based on the information provided in the intake form and does not require my active participation during this period.

7. Session Environment & Conduct

You agree to:

attend your session from a private, undisturbed environment

use a reliable internet connection and working device

be fully present during the session

No observers are permitted.

Zolyah Navarrete reserves the right to end the session early in cases of inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior. No refund will be issued.

8. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

You may reschedule your Zoom call once with at least 48 hours’ notice in emergency situations and 7 days’ notice in non-emergency situations

Additional reschedules or late requests may incur a $150 rescheduling fee

Reschedule requests within 48 hours may incur a $150 fee

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be marked as a no-show and the session will be forfeited.

No refunds are provided for missed sessions or late arrivals.

9. Integration Support (Included)

You receive one (1) day of integration support via Telegram following your session (scheduled the week after your session).

This support is intended for:

integration

clarification

application of what was discussed

This support is not:

ongoing coaching

unlimited messaging

crisis or emotional support

If you do not engage during the scheduled support window, this portion is forfeited and not refundable.

10. Energetic Agreement

By participating in this work, you agree to show up with emotional maturity, personal responsibility, and integrity.

This work is direct and designed to bring clarity at a deep level. Your experience is shaped by your willingness to engage and apply what becomes clear.

No outcomes or transformations are guaranteed.

11. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

This service is not therapy, medical or mental health advice.

Zolyah Navarrete does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

You are responsible for seeking licensed support if needed.

12. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All materials, processes, frameworks, language, and content shared are the intellectual property of Zolyah Navarrete and Intentional Alignment Center. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or use this material without written permission.

13. Confidentiality

All session content and communication is confidential.

Any use for educational or marketing purposes will remain anonymous unless written consent is provided.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

Disputes must first be addressed through mediation.

15. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected for communication and service delivery and is stored securely.

It is never sold or shared.
