1. Agreement of Participation

By purchasing the RealityCodes™ and/or Frequency Hub, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase. With your purchase, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Nature of the Offering

The RealityCodes™ includes:

A personalized RealityCodes™ frequency chart

Access to the pre-recorded Frequency Hub that explains the meanings and functions of the frequencies in your chart.

One private 60-minute RealityCodes™ Session on Zoom

Two days of voice and messenger integration support following the session (typically scheduled for the week following our 1:1 Zoom Session)

These offerings are intended for spiritual and personal development. They are not a substitute, treatment or diagnosis for professional medical, legal, or psychological services.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: RealityCodes™ Zoom Sessiom

(Applies to all RealityCodes™ purchases.)

A. Nature of the 1:1 Zoom Session
This is a 60-minute private session conducted on Zoom. It is designed for integration, real-time insight, and application of your RealityCodes™ frequencies to your lived experience in one specific area of your life whether it's your personal well-being, relationships, career, business, money or another area. It is not a repeat of the digital content.

B. Required Preparation
You must watch the relevant portions of the video library before your session. If you choose not to, you accept that the depth of the session will be limited. No refunds or extra time will be granted due to lack of preparation. Required preparation is listed in the Frequency Hub.

C. Scheduling & Expiry
The session must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase unless mutually extended in writing. If this does not occur, the session is forfeited.

All private 1:1 sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. I reserve a limited number of 1:1 client slots each month to ensure that each session receives the energetic preparation and focus it requires. The sooner you book, the more scheduling options will be available to you. It is your responsibility to secure your preferred time and to make all necessary arrangements to attend. I am not responsible for delays in booking, scheduling conflicts, or missed opportunities due to late communication or lack of follow-through on your part.

D. Session Environment & Session Coduct
You must attend from a quiet, private location with reliable internet and webcam. You must be fully present. No observers.

Zolyah reserves the right to end a session early due to disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.

E. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice if it's an emergency situation and 7 days in advance in non-emergency situations.

Additional reschedules or late reschedule requests incur a $150 rescheduling fee.

Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours notice will also incur a $150 fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be marked as a no-show and the session will be forfeited. No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals. Sessions are not extended due to late arrival.

Integration Support (Included)

You receive two (2) days of voice and messenger integration support following the week of deepener session. Typical support hours are between 11am and 4pm.

Coaching outside the RealityCodes™ scope

If you choose not to show up on the days scheduled, the integration support is forfeited and not refundable.

3. Energetic Agreement

By participating in this work, you agree to show up with emotional maturity, personal responsibility, and energetic integrity. This work is deep, multidimensional, and not surface-level. Your experience is shaped by your own willingness to integrate and apply what is received.

No outcomes or transformations are guaranteed. Zolyah facilitates clarity, activation, and mentorship. You are responsible for how you show up for yourself.

4. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

This service is not therapy. Angie does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. If you require professional care, please seek out licensed support.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content provided in the RealityCodes™ , video library, 1:1 sessions, emails, and all related materials are protected by copyright.

All materials are the sole intellectual property of Zolyah Navarrete and Intentional Alignment Center. This includes but is not limited to: recorded teachings, videos, written explanations, terminology, processes, frameworks, visuals, and language.

You may not reproduce, share, distribute, forward, teach, repost, screenshot, or use this material in your own work without express written permission.

Violation of this policy will result in legal action and you will be held responsible for any costs and losses resulting from it.

6. Confidentiality & Session Use

If any excerpts from your work together is ever used for educational or marketing purposes, all identifying information will be removed unless you provide written consent. Otherwise, all private communication and session content is confidential and held in sacred integrity.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Linn County, Oregon. Any disputes must first be addressed through mediation before legal action is considered.

8. Privacy Policy

By making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of communication, service delivery, and account management.

Your name, email, intake form responses, and session notes are stored securely and are never sold or shared. Payment details are processed through third-party secure platforms and are never visible to Zolyah.

You may receive occasional email communication regarding your service, integration, or other related offerings. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To request deletion of your personal information, email: [email protected]. This privacy policy may be updated at any time without notice.
